EXPO CHICAGO (International Exposition of Contemporary and Modern Art) and the City of Chicago’s Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events (DCASE) unveil a large-scale shakeup as part of EXPO CHICAGO 2016. 28 billboards across Chicago’s City Digital Network (CDN) now feature works from the fifth annual exhibit (Navy Pier, September 22-25).
